I was struggling with hip pain to the point that I was suffering to even turn over in bed. I was stretching, getting on the inversion table, hydrating, foam rolling, hitting the percussion gun, and getting in the hot tub regularly, but I couldn't shake the pain. I had a fishing trip planned that I was going to be running a trolling motor with foot controls on that side, and was dreading it. I got both formulas a week before vacation and took them daily. Within a week I was pain free, but I forgot to bring them with me on vacation. No matter.. I was pain free the whole trip. I've been a continuous JNC customer ever since.
